Terms of Service
I reserve the right to refuse or not go through with a commission for any reason and at any point in the transaction.
(ie. Be Nice or you get Nothing)
Understand that I am not a manufacturer and that I am using my free time to work on these. Have patience and be kind. If I run into any issues with your commission I will communicate this with you.

Once a comm is completed, you're free to use it however you see fit. Just don't claim it as your work or feed it into any AI models.
Payment must be made in full before any work is started.
Commissions are priced for personal use only. (Intention for commercial use will need to be further discussed).
Cancellations with full refund are allowed within 5 days of placing an order/before a mockup or rough sketch is made. After this period may be subject to partial payment.
Major and excessive revisions (more than 5 minor changes) are subject to a revision fee.

How long will my commission take?
Turnaround largely depends on the complexity of your order and the type of product. Most items shouldn't take more than 2 weeks to complete. If more time is needed I'll be sure to communicate this with you, but please be patient. Note: turnaround time does not include shipping time for physical items.
What ISN'T allowed? / is there any content you won't make for?
IP's/groups/figures tied to or that promote hateful content or concepts, political figures/groups. Anything outside of the prior is generally okay, but please keep any reference files/materials PG-13.
Do you take rush orders / "I need this in less than a week, can you do that"?
No. I do not accommodate rushed timelines, and I do not appreciated being pressured to do so.
Can I share/post my commission once it's completed?
Yes! Once a comm is completed, you're free to share and use it however and wherever you see fit. Just don't claim it as your own work or feed it into any AI models.
Also, please note that my drawing/design comms are priced for personal use. Anything for commercial use (ie. any monetary gain) will require further discussion.
What's your cancellation/refund policy?
Cancellations with full refund are allowed within 5 days of placing an order OR prior to an agreed upon rough sketch. After this period may be subject to partial payment.
Is there any way to tip you?
Yes! I have a Ko-Fi for this exact purpose. I can also accepts tips via PayPal or Venmo, or you can use the Add On listing on Etsy (via the "Artist Note" option, or any of the other options listed). If you're feeling generous, I also have a Patreon which also has some additional fun perks.
What content isn't allowed?
heavy gore
explicit NSFW/Fetish art (suggestive is fine, but not for kids/teens characters. I don't do 'aged up')
hyperrealism, complex backgrounds, complex mecha
IP's/groups/figures tied to or that promote hateful content/concepts
What programs do you use?
Procreate for drawing. DaVinci Resolve for video editing/FX.
Can I use my commission to make merch for myself/a friend?
Go for it! Once it's out of my hands you can do whatever you want with it. Just refrain from claimit it as your own work, feeding it into any AI models, or selling the design.

When do custom plush orders restock? / Can you let me know when they're available again?
Restocks for plushies happen every Friday evening (~8pm EST) and are kept open until Monday morning (or until all slots for the week are filled).
I will not be contacting individually on availability. New orders are taken on a weekly basis, and that timeframe for restocks is stated in several places. If that day/timeframe does not work for you, and you're hoping to get an order in before a certain point, you may contact me and we can try to work something out.
If you're hoping to order on a platform other than Etsy, you may disregard this. Feel free to just contact me directly.
Where is my order coming from and how long will it take to get here?

Orders will be shipping from Midwest America via USPS. Shipping within the U.S. can take up to 1 week or more. For international orders, please allow up to one month for delivery. If there are any concerns regarding your order/shipping you are welcome to contact me, however once the package is out of my hands there's usually not too much else I can do.
